Hericuim is a family of edible branching tree mushrooms that encompass most famously lion's mane and bear head tooth. It's well known as a medicinal gourmet wild mushroom with a flavor similar to shell fish (and can even be used in dishes such as mock crab cakes). It's medicinally thought to be good for nerves and reducing inflammation. This is a mushroom that is not yet widely cultivated however it is easy to grow at home.

Aquamarine is known as the stone of the sea and was once was used as a talisman by sailors to give them courage and tame the ocean waves. Aquamarine is the blue member of the beryl family. In Metaphysical circles it's a key throat chakra stone for speaking and thinking with calmness and clarity.

This cards message of this card is calmness. It takes real work to reach true peace. We all have trauma that we need to come to terms with and heal from. This card is a sign to take those steps forward towards healing yourself and calm the ocean waves of your own mind. It could also be a call to reconnect yourself to the element of water, if water helps bring you to an emotional center of sorts.

If this card appears reversed, it can signify choppy waves which require courage but the meaning still stays mostly the same. It could be a sign that the healing you need to do is difficult and messy and that peace may not come so easily about those topics, but keep up the good work. Brave those emotional seas of your mind; calmer waters are ahead.
